Welcome to Hamiq, an AI-powered workspace designed to help users manage tasks, goals, timetables, schedules, and productivity workflows.
By creating or using a Hamiq account, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Account Subscription and Fee
Hamiq accounts require an active monthly subscription. The subscription fee is PKR 499 per month. The account becomes active after the required subscription payment has been confirmed by the Hamiq administration.
2. Monthly Subscription Period
Each subscription provides access to the Hamiq account for a period of 30 days. After the 30-day subscription period ends, the next monthly payment becomes due.
3. Payment Due Date and Suspension
If the required payment is not received by the payment due date, the user will have a one-day grace period. If payment is still not received after the grace period, the Hamiq account may be suspended. A suspended account may lose access to Tasks, Goals, Timetables, AI features, Shared Content, and other account features. Access may be restored after the outstanding payment has been confirmed.
4. Payment and Account Activation
For payment instructions, account activation, renewal, or suspension issues, contact Hammal Baloch at hammalalam406@gmail.com. Users should retain proof of payment until their subscription has been confirmed.
5. No Automatic Payment Assumption
Unless Hamiq explicitly provides an automatic billing system, users are responsible for contacting the administration and completing their monthly payment.
6. Subscription Renewal
A subscription can be renewed by paying the applicable monthly fee of PKR 499. The subscription period will be renewed after payment is verified. Hamiq may change the subscription price in the future and will provide notice of significant pricing changes.
7. Account Suspension
Hamiq may suspend an account when the monthly subscription remains unpaid after the grace period, the user violates these Terms, the account is involved in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful activity, or the account creates a security risk.
8. Account Restoration
A suspended account may be restored after the reason for suspension has been resolved. For payment-related suspension, contact hammalalam406@gmail.com.
9. Tasks, Goals, and Timetables
Hamiq allows users to create and manage Tasks, Goals, Timetables, Schedules, Reminders, and shared productivity content. Users are responsible for the information they enter. Hamiq does not guarantee completion of tasks, goals, schedules, or deadlines.
10. Sharing and Collaboration
Hamiq may allow users to share tasks, goals, and timetables with other Hamiq users. The sender chooses what to share. Accepted shared content may become an independent copy in the recipient account. Users should not share confidential or sensitive information without authorization.
11. AI Features
Hamiq may provide AI-powered assistance for studying, planning, writing, organization, and productivity. AI-generated information may contain errors or inaccuracies. Verify important information before relying on it, especially for academic, legal, medical, financial, or other high-impact decisions.
12. Notifications and Reminders
Hamiq may provide notifications and reminders for tasks, goals, timetables, and other activities. Notifications are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed to arrive on time.
13. Service Availability
Hamiq may become unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, security issues, infrastructure failures, or third-party service interruptions. Hamiq does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
14. User Responsibilities
Users agree not to share account credentials, access another user account without authorization, bypass Hamiq security, abuse the sharing system, upload malicious software, use Hamiq for illegal activities, harass other users, or disrupt Hamiq infrastructure.
15. Changes to These Terms
Hamiq may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Significant changes may be communicated through Hamiq or another appropriate method. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
